Múm performed at The Knitting Factory to a full house of excited fans...Fully armed with synthesizers, accordions, glockenspiel, cello, guitar, and a mystery man on drums, they broke into a mute::frenzy of rhythm and melody ever so slowly. highlights included 'green grass of tunnel' (to which the audience went bezerko) and the 'land between solar systems' from 'finally we are no one'. other amazing feats that night included the musical chairs routine they played as they rotated around the stage exchanging instruments. for a long time to come i will remember that show and the magic they create.
